You can PRE-ORDER and secure your preferred items for a seamless pickup at your chosen Farmer's Market or either warehouse location.
There is no minimum order for Click & Collect.
Order Cut Off is Thursday 12pm so our butchers can start preparing and packing your order. Once your order has been packed we will send you a confirmation email and text message.
To use Click and Collect, shop online by adding items to your cart, complete shipping details and then choose from the below market locations. The locations suggested are based on your postcode. If you don't see the market option closest to you, then just send an email and we'll assist.
Your individual products will be packaged in Cryovac vacuum sealed portions.
Please ensure to bring your reusable cooler bag and frozen ice bricks to the markets to take your order home in.

Delivery
We deliver to Sydney Metro, Central Coast, Newcastle & Wollongong.
We delivery Tuesday through to Friday depending on your location and provide next day delivery (Monday-Thursday) for Northern Beaches, North Shore and most Sydney metro suburbs.
Outer metro areas days vary pending location. You will be notified of your delivery day at checkout.
We deliver to the Central Coast on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and to Newcastle and Wollongong on a Friday.
Our last mile couriers deliver between 7:00am - 06:00pm.
Our delivery fee is $25 or free for orders over $199. If you are in the outer areas of Sydney and more than 30km from Sydney CBD, you'll receive a delivery loading depending on the distance you are from Sydney.
All deliveries are sent via cold freight courier from our door to yours.
You will be advised by text message the day before your delivery. Please carefully type in your mobile, email and address details and make a comment with any instructions for the driver.
Order cut-off is 12noon the day before your delivery day. We deliver Tuesday through to Friday.
***Please note we are having some tech issues for some outer metro areas. The search area below picks up your delivery area but the checkout won't allow your address. While we have this fixed please contact us on 1300 379 243 or email orders@freerangebutcher.com.au and we can fix manually***

Yes, a $25 packaging and delivery fee applies to all orders under $199. Orders over $199 are free. All orders are shipped via cold freight couriers and your order is packed in sustainable, recyclable packaging.
When you place an order online for home delivery you'll be asked to submit your credit card details (Visa card, MasterCard or American Express) or you can pay via PayPal
All of our orders are scheduled out on a single delivery run. Our drivers plan their delivery runs in a logical sequence to best accommodate all orders on board and are unable to accommodate specific delivery times.
Tuesday to Friday depending on your location. You will see your delivery day at Checkout. Prior to delivery you will receive a text message and email notification that your delivery is on route. Upon delivery you will receive a confirmation email with an image of exactly where your order has been placed. Please ensure that both your mobile and email address details are correct when placing your order for these messages to go through.
Your order will be delivered in an award-winning packaging solution that is eco-friendly and insulated. Woolpack is an amazing natural product made from 100% natural sheeps wool, its insulation capabilities and performance are far superior to polystyrene, ensuring that your food is delivered to your doorstep in the same fresh, premium state in which it was dispatched. Click here to read more about Woolpack and how it can be recycled and re-used. If you can't re-use it you can return it to us at any of the farmers markets.

Our Beef, Lamb and Pork are Cryovaced fresh for your order and all have best before dates on the labels (Beef 21 days, Lamb and Pork 14 days). Our Chicken is delivered fresh three times a week and has a best before date on the packaging. We recommend using the chicken within 3 days or otherwise freezing it when you receive your delivery.
If there is a particular cut of beef, lamb, pork or chicken that you would like but it's not listed on the website, please send us a message and we'll let you know as soon as possible if we can fulfil your order. We will also announce new products in our monthly email newsletter.
